Most of the produce from Sea Mills Community Garden has now been brought in – we’ve seen splendid squashes, some perfect apples and prize-winning potatoes. Maggie and Caleb’s jams and chutneys were a top seller at Apple Day.

We’ve still got leeks and greens, salads and parsley in the polytunnel and an autumn sprinkling of raspberries if you hunt a little.

Now is the time to tidy up, with a little bit of planting of overwintering crops like onions and broad beans. Our new meadow area has been sown with the help of the Community Playback team.
