What makes this workshop special is that Rosy will be bringing grains grown right here in the South West from Gothelney Farm to freshly stonemill, ferment and bake with in class.
Few things beat the beauty of being able to bake your own fresh sourdough loaf at home. Come learn this simple tradition alongside Sourdough Pizza (for lunch) and sweet and savoury Brioche.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience, from beginners to regular home bakers. You will get hands on in the milling, mixing and baking of sourdough bread in this one day workshop held in the Community Kitchen. From the science of sourdough to all the tips and tricks for baking at home. All preferments, recipes, aprons, lunch, and equipment used during the workshop will be provided.
