Sarah-Jane Cobley of Health Needs Thyme, based in Long Ashton, is a herbalist and naturopathic health coach. She will show us how to use a range of plants found in springtime gardens to make some delicious tonics to clear the body of winter’s excesses, boost your immune system and recharge your batteries.

This is a fascinating talk and there will be samples of tonics to try.

This event will take place at St Nicholas Church Office, 54 Baldwin Street BS1 1QW. The doors will open at 6.45pm for a 7pm start and 8.30pm finish.
