On Friday 3rd November at 7pm, All About the Cook’s Tomer, will be sharing three-courses of his signature Middle-Eastern dishes in a supper club at Starlings (BS8).

Bristol-based cook Tomer has been working in professional kitchens around the world after learning how to cook in his home town of Tel-Aviv in Israel. Perfecting the flavours of the Middle-East, he says “I grew up in Tel Aviv surrounded by a large family and was inspired by a variety of cuisines: Iraqi on my dad’s side, Yemeni and Turkish on my mum’s.”
