Vegan and Vine Tasting Menu
The Old Market Assembly
Old Market Assembly, 25 West Street, BS2 0DF
Created for Veganuary, and as something to look forward to in the darkest of months, The Old Market Assembly has put together an amazing vegan tasting menu, showcasing some favourite dishes with produce from favourite suppliers.
Head chef Moi will present the menu and his dishes, all created with his Spanish influence, and alongside The Old Market Assembly’s Head of Food, Dave Hazell (ex-head chef at Paco Tapas).
And to make it even better, the food will be paired with great vegan wines from The Old Market Assembly’s wine supplier, Stewart Wines. Dan will be bringing his expertise to the event and take us through his selection, discussing their producers, regions and taste profiles.
Here’s a little sneak peak of some of the dishes on offer:
● Leek in a braised leek and thyme stock with romesco
● Caramelised shallot and chicory with clementine and pistachio
● Cauliflower al la gallega
And all in The Old Market Assembly’s cosy venue, the log fire will be on, the candles lit. Make the most of January for you, yours, or others. These tickets can make great Christmas presents too!
Limited tickets available now via The Old Market Assembly website. Simply select 8pm on the 23rd January to book!
