The Food WorksSW (North Somerset) is currently running a government-funded programme offering free support to food and drink manufacturers, hospitality businesses, cafés, market traders and more across Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. Support can include recipe development, nutritional analysis, HACCP, food safety guidance and much more.
