Stuart Pope (Operations Manager, Langford) and Aled Daniels (Abattoir Manager, Bristol Veterinary School) will lead a guided tour of the Langford site, exploring its unique history, world-leading research in meat quality and welfare at slaughter, and its vital role in training the next generation of veterinary professionals.

Simon Gregory, Director of Food Works SW, will introduce the work of Future Food Partnership CIC and its role in supporting food and drink businesses across the South West. He will highlight how access to shared production spaces, specialist equipment and industry expertise helps businesses trial, scale up and develop in a way that is both commercially viable and environmentally responsible.
