Join in celebrating Ramadan at the first Grand Iftar dinner on College Green. The theme of this year’s Grand Iftar is Sanctuary.

This event is free, fully accessible and open to everyone. However, due to restrictions on numbers, you must reserve a place in advance to attend and tickets must be shown at the entrance to the event area upon arrival.

Please arrive from 6.45pm and no later than 7.15pm, or we may need to offer your place to somebody on the waiting list.

We encourage people who are attending the event to walk or to use public transport, such as a local bus or train service, to reduce any impact on the environment and promote sustainable, active travel.

Children are welcome at the event, but remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times. Any children over the age of 3 must have a place reserved for them.

In the event of wet weather, this outdoor event may need to be cancelled. You will be notified of this by email prior to the event.

Please note – if you book a place and can no longer make it, we request that you kindly cancel your place so that we can offer it to somebody else who would like to come.
