Check out the job description below and get in touch today.
About the Role
We are an established and inspiring older people’s charity with years of experience in bringing joy, connection and purpose to later life. Through gardening and horticultural therapy, we create spaces where people can thrive, feel valued, and reconnect with nature.
With exciting new funding secured, we need more hands and are looking for someone who is:
• Full of life, energy and creativity
• Patient, compassionate and person-centred
• Confident working with older people, including those living with dementia
• Ready to go the extra mile to create engaging, meaningful sessions
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
• Up for a challenge and keen to help us grow and develop our practice
This is a sessional role, with hours dependent on project funding and your availability. While we cannot guarantee regular hours, you will be delivering specific sessions as part of funded programmes.
In return, you’ll be part of a growing, values-driven charity, working alongside a dedicated and supportive team who are committed to lighting up later life every single day.
If you’re passionate about people, nature, and making a difference – we’d love to hear from you.
