Buskers’ Banquet combines the best of Bristol’s independent food and performing arts scene to create an amazing festival celebrating delicious flavours and incredible music.

Guests are invited to an intimate dining experience with a musical twist at The Forge in Bristol city centre. The evening features a bespoke three-course meal created by Lupo Dining chef Giuliano Cocchiarella, followed by live after-dinner performances from Bristol-based musicians Sønder Choir and Mossfellow.

The menu begins with bread and olives for the table — focaccia served with spicy olives — followed by a starter of delica pumpkin raviolo with gorgonzola, sage and pine nuts. The main course, designed for sharing, includes braised beef cheek with red wine jus, chilli and lemon broccoli with cavolo nero, crispy parmesan polenta, and celeriac fondants with wild mushrooms. To finish, guests will enjoy a dessert of chocolate crèmeux with almond sponge, amarena cherries and orange tuille.
Guests are encouraged to share any dietary requirements in advance so the menu can be adjusted accordingly.

Chef Giuliano Cocchiarella draws inspiration from his Italian and English roots, with a focus on generous, family-style dining. Having worked in esteemed restaurants such as Scotts of Mayfair and Adelina Yard, he brings a refined touch to classical dishes, blending tradition with modern presentation through Lupo Dining.

The evening’s musical performances feature Sønder Choir, known for their unique blend of gospel, R&B, and pop, creating uplifting harmonies that celebrate joy, friendship, and the communal spirit of music. Mossfellow, the indie-folk project of multi-instrumentalist and producer Samuel Fox, will offer a soulful solo set filled with intricate vocal layers, textured guitars, and a warm, atmospheric sound — including some unreleased material.
