All welcome to the Horfield Organic Community Orchard Summer Open Day!
All welcome to explore our beautiful orchard at midsummer. At Horfield Organic Community Orchard (HOCO) we have been growing fruit, community, learning, and wellbeing for 28 years.
Take part in our Taster sessions: ‘Summer Fruit Tree Care’ (18+, advance booking), ‘Ecology of a Fruit Tree’ (drop in) and ‘Art in the Orchard’ (18+; 14+ with adult, drop in from 3pm). Bee Active, Bee Fruitful! – inspiring community pollinator project plantings for year-round food, forage and shelter. Homemade cakes, refreshments, produce and plants for sale. Join the orchard as a member, and help turn Bristol into an orchard city.
Part of the Bristol Festival of Nature Community-led programme supported by Natural History Consortium & Avon Wildlife Trust.
