Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Equilibrium Markets, the role is responsible for growing adoption of our AgileChain™ platform, a technology designed to connect stakeholders across the food supply chain—from producers through to caterers and buyers. This position sits at the intersection of commercial growth, technology adoption, and food system transformation.

The role is about changing how food is sourced, managed, and distributed, using data and connectivity to create a more transparent and efficient system.

At its core, this is a consultative, relationship-led role. Success comes from understanding the real-world challenges faced by caterers and wholesalers and working with them to overcome these barriers. By guiding organisations through change and embedding better ways of working, the role helps turn intention into action across the supply chain.
