Staff, patients, visitors and community members can purchase a wonderful range of locally produced and organic food every Thursday at Southmead Hospital.
The Community Farm is a not-for-profit organic farm overlooking Chew Valley Lake, just south of Bristol. They grow organic vegetables on their farm with support from volunteers and community groups, including Bristol-based refugees and asylum seekers, people experiencing mental ill health, and local school children.
Alongside their own seasonal produce, they offer a wide selection of produce sourced from more than 25 trusted local and organic producers across the South West who share their values.
By shopping at the stall, you’re supporting local growers, community wellbeing, sustainable food production and nature-friendly farming practices.
