Well Grounded is recruiting for a 4-week Specialty Barista Course based in our new Central Bristol Academy!

This course is ideal for those who are job ready but would benefit from technical barista training to help them enter the coffee industry!

Applicants must be unemployed, not in education or training, and aged 18+ in order to be considered.

Assessment Day: 29 October 2026

Training starts: November 2026

Location: Central Bristol
