Free School Kitchen Training

Chefs in Schools, with support from Riverford Organic Farmers, is offering fully funded places on its School Chef Educator Programme this November for chefs and kitchen teams in state schools across Bristol and the South West.

School Chef Educator helps school kitchen teams create nutritious, delicious food children love, put the latest School Food Standards into practice, reduce waste, and build a positive food culture.

With the School Food Standards undergoing their biggest transformation in a decade, and more children eligible for Free School Meals, there has never been a better time to invest in school food and the people who shape children’s experience of food at school.

School Chef Educator supports state schools to:

Build children’s food knowledge and inspire a love of good food
